First Generation
1 Joan Alice McDonald. Born on 2 May 1930 in Bronx, NY. On 8 Aug 1953, she married William Wisneski, at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church in Jersey City, NJ. They raised their three children in Jersey City before moving to Brick, NJ in 1979. Joan died of a sudden heart attack in Brick, NJ, on 30 Jul 1982.







Second Generation
2 John Edward McDonald. Born on 23 Jun 1894 in New York, NY. His first wife was Ella Curry, whom he married on 16 Nov 1916 in New York City. Ella died before 1926. On 31 Oct 1926, he married Alice Miles, in New York, NY. They had three children. John died in Jersey City, NJ, on 29 Aug 1962. Occupation: plumber.



3 Alice Miles.Born on 7 Jul 1903 in New York, NY. After the death of John McDonald, she married Harry Hughes on 22 January 1966 at St. John's Church in Jersey City, NJ. Alice died of lung cancer in Jersey City, NJ, on 21 Feb 1979.





Third Generation
4 John McDonald.Born in Feb 1859 in Ireland. He married Ellen Mallett in Cavan, Ireland about 1881. Ellen died in 1887. John married Mary Moore about 1890. John died in April of 1910 and was buried on 24 Apr 1910 at Calvary cemetery in Queens, NY.


5 Mary Moore. Born in May 1865 in Clones, Ireland, she emigrated to New York City about 1888. Mary died in New York, NY, on 8 Jun 1941 and was buried on 11 Jun 1941 in Calvary cemetery in Queens, NY.

6 Philip Augustus Miles. Born on 8 Feb 1880 in New York, NY. Philip Augustus married Alice Cassidy about 1900. Their family Philip Augustus died in Goshen, NY, on 22 Nov 1948.


7 Alice Cassidy. Born on 21 Sep 1882 in Hartford, CT. Alice died of cervical cancer in Bronx, NY, on 29 Aug 1939.

13 Marcella Nulty. Born on 18 May 1844 in Oldcastle, County Meath, Ireland. She emigrated to the United States in 1870, travelling on the Nemesis, arriving 16 Mar 1870. Marcella died in New York, NY, on 26 Sep 1918, possibly in the flu epidemic.

14 Patrick Cassidy.Born about 1859 in Donaghmoyne, County Monaghan, Ireland. Patrick married Catherine (Kate) Martin in 1881 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. Patrick and Kate emigrated to the US soon afterward, settling initially in Hartford, Connecticut in 1882. They moved to New York City before 1886. Their Family Patrick died on 2 Apr 1937 at Bellevue Hospital in New York City.

15 Catherine (Kate) Martin. Born 1 Jan 1852 in Donaghmoyne, County Monaghan, Ireland. She emigrated to Liverpool about 1880 where she married Patrick Cassidy in 1881. They left Liverpool for the United States in 1881 or 1882, settling first in Connecticut and then New York City. Kate died on 27 May 1937 in New York City.

24 Patrick Myles. Born in Oldcastle, County Meath, Ireland about 1818. Patrick married Anne Lynch on 11 May 1840 in Oldcastle, County Meath, Ireland.

25 Anne Lynch. Born in Oldcastle, County Meath, Ireland about 1820.

26 Patrick Nulty. Born in Ireland about 1810. Patrick married Rose Shields on 19 Feb 1833 in Kilskyre, County Meath, Ireland.

27 Rose Sheil. Born in Ireland about 1815.
